Tallysman Wireless Introduces Compact TW3800 Series, Dual Frequency
GPS L1 & L2 / GLONASS G1 & G2 Dual Feed Antenna Family

The new Tallysman TW3800 Series antennas provide coverage of the L1 and L2 signals the GPS system and G1 and G2 signals for the GLONASS satellite systems

Ottawa, Canada – July 17, 2013 – Tallysman Wireless Inc., a pioneer in design and manufacturing of high performance GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) antennas and associated components, is pleased to announce the addition of the Dual Frequency TW3800 Series to our high quality precision line of antenna products.
The TW3800 Series antennas feature a circular stacked patch antenna for improved axial ratio, yet are small and light, and have the extended bandwidth required for L1/L2 GPS & G1/G2 GLONASS.  The operating voltage range is from +2.5 to 16 VDC.  The antennas have a temperature compensated LNAs and operate from -40 to +85oC to provide reliable performance in most any environment.  The TW3800 is packaged in a through hole mount making it very suitable for mobile applications.

The TW380x is ideally suited for many applications, including:

•    High signal availability
The TW3805 is the OEM version of the TW3802, and can be custom tuned to provide optimal performance inside virtually any housing.

RTKLIB Open Source GNSS Precise Positioning Software Package Now Supports NVS Technologies’ NV08C Receiver Series.

Montlingen, Switzerland, April 30th, 2013 – RTKLIB, a developer of open source software for standard and precise GNSS positioning, has recently released its latest RTKLIB software (version 2.4.2), which fully supports NVS Technologies’ BINR proprietary binary protocol and the NV08C GNSS receiver series.


The use of RTKLIB, in conjunction with NVS Technologies’ NV08C GNSS receiver series, including the highly integrated NV08C-CSM surface mount module with geodetic grade raw data output, is a powerful combination which enables GNSS system designers and OEMs to develop highly accurate, low cost and compact Precision Grade positioning and navigation equipment.

NVS Technologies AG Selected by Alberding GmbH for its new Alberding A07 Sub-metre GNSS Receiver

Montlingen, Switzerland – Dec. 5th, 2012 - Alberding GmbH, a leading developer and distributor of professional GNSS system solutions, has recently announced the Alberding A07 personal navigator, featuring NVS Technologies AG’ NV08C-CSM high performance multi-GNSS constellation receiver. The Alberding A07 is a low-cost single frequency GNSS receiver designed for personal navigation and other sub-metre accuracy positioning applications in an urban environment. This unique device integrates NVS Technologies’ NV08C-CSM multi-constellation (GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, COMPASS and SBAS) L1 receiver with GPRS and Bluetooth communication modules, an RFID reader and a processor. The Alberding A07 comes with an integrated GNSS antenna but for monitoring and tracking applications it is also available with an external antenna.

The Alberding A07 personal navigator featuring NVS Technologies’ NV08C-CSM GNSS Receiver

The Alberding DGNSS processing algorithm and Kalman filter take raw GNSS observation data to compute a highly accurate position solution in real time. Position information can then be transmitted via Bluetooth to custom specific applications running e.g. on smartphones.
